I got what the guy at dell suggested for what I use this for. I'll keep you informed especially if it solves the problem. If so I would save any important info you have on the computer & take it back for warranty fix if no suggestions here seem to help...... I wonder if anyone can help me with an issue that I am having. I am almost certain this is a driver issue,perhaps your wireless card and not malwware. I've downloaded Debugwiz and also downloaded the tools it tells you to download.
